PINPOINT RELOCATIONS is a personalized relocation company specializing in relocating clients to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and regional towns in Queensland. Through experience we have developed a comprehensive service covering all aspects of domestic and international relocations to ensure the relocation and settling in process is a success.

TOTAL RELOCATION SERVICE

We can handle all aspects of your relocation from the booking of your short term accommodation, removals, home and school finding to documentation change and settling in support.

PRE ARRIVAL SUPPORT

Ongoing email and phone correspondence to assist the client in the planning phase of the relocation.

ORIENTATION

Our orientation services are tailored to suit the clients specific needs. Each Orientation is unique and we ensure the client has a full overview on suburbs, lifestyle, rental budgets,
property styles, education, transport and recrecation.

EDUCATION AND CHILDCARE

From childcare to territory education, state or independent school search we will outline your options, fees, locations and availability. We will coordinate an accompanied or unaccompanied school visits and assist through to the admission process.

DEPARTURE SERVICE

We manage the departure process for your employees. We coordinate the disconnection of utilities, exit cleaning and manage the handover process with the rental agent to ensure the full return of the rental bond and the employees departure is a smooth transition.

VIRTUAL SUPPORT

Our virtual home search support allows the client to move directly into a home upon arrival.

We achieve this as our consultants will visit the properties and through facetime or other
means will walk you through the property. This saves money on short-term accommodation and allows the relocate to settle into their new location immediately.

VISA SUPPORT

Corporate Relocations has partnered with a specialist company who will prepare all
appropriate documentation and manage the legal process for entry into Australia and can liaise with you and the appropriate immigration offices on your behalf.

DESTINATION BRIEFINGS

A local insight into your new destination provided by experienced relocation consultants who have relocated themselves and understand the sensibilities around a new destination. This is a virtual service.

SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

Bookings are made with your budget and specific requirements assessed. We have excellent relationships with accommodation suppliers. We will offer you a number of options on your accommodation needs.

HOME SEARCH

We will identify sample properties pre arrival to assist you in understanding budgets, locations and styles. We will minimize the risk of pitfalls and negotiate the lease in your best interests.

We research and then coordinate a selection of property viewings to meet your needs. We support the application process through to the signing of your lease agreement, bond documents and completion of your entry condition report.

SETTLING-IN

There is so much more to a relocation than simpy finding a home. We will ensure your employee is genuinely settled, assisting with as many task as necessary to make them feel at home. Such as obtaining a Tax File Number, obtaining a Queensland driving licence, opening a bank account, sourcing local services and sporting clubs. This service is tailored to each individual.

REMOVAL MANAGEMENT

We will coordinate and manage a quote process for your removal. We will organize
temporary rental furniture to assist the family whilst their personal effects are in transition.

We will coordinate the removal of the temporary furniture and the delivery of their shipment.

CULTURAL SUPPORT

We have completed cultural training with client moving to Australia and Australians going overseas. We assist with all cultural aspects of settling into a new country. Edel’s extensive experience of living in 7 countries enables a real understanding of what the client is facing.
